Noonzy store currently only ships to Agent Noona warehouse and other Korean addresses. Please make sure to enter the correct address at checkout, along with your suite number if you're using the Agent Noona warehouse.

If your order contains pre-order items, it will be shipped only once the pre-order items have arrived at the warehouse.

Cancellation requests should be made immediately after receiving the order confirmation email. Once the order is processed, cancellations may no longer be possible.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties and taxes imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the shipping cost and must be paid directly to the customs authorities upon the package's arrival if necessary.
